This section approved foreign business trips, recorded each trip, and for each reference number created a report from the trip, drafted by the participant. In the unprocessed collections of the Ministry of the Interior, there is also Section for International Relations material from the year 1987. The collection contains documentation files of foreign business trips, abstracts, requests for permission to travel, plans of the section and their evaluation, papers on the operation of the section.
