The Finance and Budget Department is responsible for financial payments, accounting administration, the methodic management and optimization of business activities with its budget instruments pursuant to individual revenue and expense areas of the organization. It coordinates financial and related activities, including the ensuring of a balance between the resources and needs of the Archive. The department cooperates with the Finance and Budget Department of the Institute.

The Operations and Property Department is headquartered in the building of the Institute, at Siwiecova 2, Prague 3. It carries out responsibilities associated with the maintenance, upkeep and repair of the Archive’s movable and immovable property. It comprehensively directs and secures the operational activity of remote work sites.
